Hilla Group Oyj is buying Unicom Consulting Oy

The acquisition supports Hilla Group’s strategy to strengthen its portfolio of digital services, software business, and scalable SaaS solutions. Through the transaction, Hilla Group gains access to a ready-made SaaS product with a long history in Finnish retail and service industries. Unicom’s long-standing customers include listed companies and major cities.
